I hereby release and hold harmless NGCP, its members, and volunteers from all liabilities and any mishaps that may befall the student, including, but not limited to, activities in the theater, backstage areas, and outside the building. In the event of an emergency, NGCP has my permission to secure emergency medical treatment for the child listed above.
